Using our website and applications · Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Buckinghamshire Performing Arts Academy website and our online services. “BPA Academy”, “BPA”, “we” and “us” mean Buckinghamshire Performing Arts Academy Ltd, company number 16350694.

Please read them with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use your personal data, and our Safeguarding Policy.

What these terms cover

These terms cover our website, bpa-academy.co.uk, and any applications reached from this site, including payment portals and box office sites.

By using any of these, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

Your account and signing in

Some of our applications ask you to sign in, for example to see your account or your bookings. They may let you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address or mobile phone, or with your Google or Microsoft account.

When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name and email address from them. We use these only to confirm who you are and to find your records with us. We don’t post anything to your account or see your password.

  • Keep access to your email, phone and sign-in accounts secure, and don’t share your codes.
  • Only use your own account, or your own family’s.
  • Tell us at home@bpa-academy.co.uk if your contact details change or you think someone else has used your account.

Fees and payments

Fees for classes and courses are as set out on the statements and invoices we send you. Please pay by the date shown, using one of the payment methods we offer.

Where one of our applications lets you pay online, card payments are taken on our payment provider’s secure page. BPA never sees or stores your card details. Card payments are refunded to the card they were made with.

Where we offer a payment plan, payments are due in the instalments and on the dates we give you.

If a payment fails or fees remain unpaid, we will contact you to sort it out. We may ask for outstanding fees to be paid before a student continues with classes.

Tickets

  • Ticket prices, including any booking fee, are shown before you pay.
  • When you choose tickets, we hold them for 30 minutes while you pay. If you don’t complete the payment in that time, the tickets are released.
  • Your booking is confirmed when your payment goes through. We email you a confirmation with your booking reference.
  • If we cancel a performance, we will refund the full amount you paid for it, including the booking fee. If we move a performance to a new date or time, we will offer you tickets for the new performance or a refund.
  • Otherwise, tickets can’t be refunded or exchanged. If you can’t attend, please contact us and we will help where we can.
  • Online sales close at the time shown for each performance.

Using our website and services

Please don’t:

  • try to get into another person’s account or any part of our services you aren’t meant to use;
  • interfere with, overload or try to break our services;
  • copy, share or misuse information about other families, students or staff.

We may suspend access to an account that is being misused.

Our content and images

The words, images, logos and other content on our website and services belong to BPA or the people who gave us permission to use them. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.

Photographs and video of students are handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep our website and services available and accurate, but we can’t promise they will always be available or free from errors. We may need to pause them for maintenance or updates. Links to other websites are for your information only; we aren’t responsible for their content.

Our responsibility to you

If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We aren’t responsible for loss or damage that isn’t foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law. These terms don’t affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and we will put the new version on this page. These terms were last updated on 10 October 2026.
